Cost Structure
There are three options when it comes to cost: Package Deals, Hourly Work, and Monthly Contract. I am willing to work with you on what seems best for your situation.

1 If first concept design is not accepted by client, a second design will be created. If subsequent designs are not accepted, there will be additional hourly charges for time used to create new concepts.
2 This assumes you already have a domain and web hosting plan. If you do not, I would be happy to recommend one.
3 ModX is a content management system (CMS) that allows clients to edit their own content, among other things. Setting up ModX can take anywhere from 15 minutes to 1 hour depending on your web host. This includes only the basic setup of ModX.
4 Any hours beyond these will be charged according to the hourly rates section below.
Hourly Rates
My hourly rates vary based on the type of work:

Monthly Rates
I offer a service of regularly updating and maintaining web sites for clients. I generally charge $30 per hour for this service, but I am willing to work out a discounted monthly rate. For example, if you needed content updated 2 times per week (i.e. 8 times per month) and the updates took me 1 hour, the normal hourly rate would cost you $240 for one month. If you signed a 6-month contract, you would pay $160 per month instead. If you signed a 1-year contract, you would only pay $120 per month!
